Code Review as an Interview

After I was interviewed for several times in different companies, I think interviews can mostly reflect a company's working style.

I also have interviewed dozens of developer candidates now. And we've tried different methods, like programming quiz, whiteboard interview, and small projects as homework. But none of them can reflect how a candidate's daily work performance is like.

So I've been searching for a interview process to demonstrates our working style to candidates and test their daily work performance the best.

I think Code Review is the best answer I've found til now.

I'm excited for this interview format from both an interviewer perspective and an interviewee perspective. Can't wait to try it out!
